THE CONCEPT OF QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT IN STROJCHEM A.S., SVIT

STROJCHEM, a.s. is aware of its responsibility to the protection of the environment. The company exerts constant pressure on the reduction of the negative influences of its operations on the environment with the identification of sources of pollution and their elimination. And so after the successful implementation and use of the quality management system to ISO 9001, the management of the company decided to implement a system of environmental management to ISO 14001. The aim is to implement and use a system of protection of the environment that ensures the protection of the environment, and with it also the maximum protection of workers, the quality of output, comfort at work, and the maximum level of protection of the surroundings from adverse effects caused by the actions of our company.

The concept of quality and environment of STROJCHEM, a.s. means systematic care of the environment, quality of products and also of all processes and actions concerned with quality of products and care of the environment, with the main goal of satisfying the needs of our customers, improving the environment, fulfil the legal requirements of the Slovak Republic, satisfy and highly motivate our employees and all interested parties in upholding the interests of STROJCHEM, a.s.

Reduce the number of product returns compared to 2010 min. by 20
Reduce the cost of returns by 0,5 % compared to 2010

Environmental management goals of STROJCHEM, a.s. for 2011:

To obtain quality certificate to STN EN ISO 14001
Power costs should not exceed 20% of added value in 2011
