Any property rights towww.strojchem.sk Internet sites, as the subject of intellectual property, including their contents, files, graphic design and the source code, are issued by the Administrator in line with the Copyright Act; Internet sites ofwww.strojchem.sk include graphic and other elements, which are the intellectual property of individual companies of the Chemosvit Group, and are the subject of protection as per specific regulations (e.g. trade marks).

Any other use of sites, or their parts, in particular their copying, spreading, publishing, or any other commercial use, without the prior written consent from the Administrator, is forbidden and its breaking might result in the prosecution, or claiming the compensation of the incurred losses in civil proceedings.
